Spain · HUESCA
Praetor reads BORME, the companies registry gazette, and the BOE auction portal every day, in English. In HUESCA it follows 4 companies in insolvency, 3 of them in liquidation, where the insolvency administrator controls the sale of the company's property.
Once a Spanish company is declared insolvent (concurso de acreedores), the insolvency administrator named by the commercial court controls the sale of its property, and in liquidation sells it by direct sale or by auction, as the liquidation plan and the court allow. Praetor names the administrators from the court's notices and shows how to reach them.
Praetor reads the Gazette, Companies House and HM Land Registry every day and matches each commercial title to its owner's state. A plan shows the owner, the administrator, liquidator or receiver who now decides a sale, every published route to them with its source, and a first letter ready to send. A due diligence pack covers one title in full, with no plan needed.
