12-month plans, paid monthly or for the year
A plan opens every opportunity Praetor follows, with who decides each sale and how to reach them. Plans are for businesses and run for 12 months: pay by 12 monthly payments, or once for the year and pay less. Not ready for a plan? Buy a pack on a single title from £99.

One title at a time
A pack is everything on one UK title and its owner, emailed to you: who controls a sale and every route to them, charges, filings, planning and flood designations and prices paid nearby. No plan needed. Priced by the size of the property, which every title's page shows before you buy. See an example.
| Size of the property | Pack | Reserve the owner, 30 days |
|---|
| Rateable value under £50,000 | £99 | £99 |
| Rateable value £50,000 to £250,000, or not stated | £199 | £199 |
| Rateable value over £250,000 | £349 | £349 |
| A pack on a Spanish auction or company in insolvency | £99 | |
| Letter campaign on a reserved owner: three rounds of letters, replies through Praetor | £49 | |
| Ten letters posted from Praetor, kept until used | £45 | |
| Accounts and debt analysis of one owner, written by an analyst: what it owes, to whom, and what that means for a sale | £295 | |
| A property sent to the matching buyers on Praetor, for agents and owners (office holders and lenders: no charge) | £149 | |
If a pack cannot name who decides the sale, we refund it in full. What you spend on packs in the 30 days before you choose a plan comes off the plan.
Questions
- Can I cancel a plan?
- A plan runs for 12 months and cannot be cancelled: the 12 months are payable in full, whether you pay monthly or for the year. Paid monthly, each payment is charged to the card you paid the first with, on its due date. If a payment does not go through, access pauses until it is paid, and the rest stays due. Nothing renews by itself after the 12 months; renew before they end to keep your price. See the terms.
- I bought packs before choosing a plan. Do I pay twice?
- No. What you spent on packs in the 30 days before you sign a plan is taken off the plan's payments, starting with the first.
- What is in a pack?
- One dated report on a UK title and its owner: who controls a sale and every route to them, the title and its price paid, the owner's status, directors, controllers, filings and charges, the distress signals, the planning and flood designations at the postcode and prices paid nearby. Each fact names its source, and anything that could not be checked is listed. Order it from the title's page; it is prepared as soon as the payment is confirmed and emailed to you. If it cannot name who decides the sale, it is refunded.
- What does a reservation do?
- For 30 days, no other Praetor client is shown who decides or how to reach them, and nobody else can approach the owner through Praetor. Before you reserve, the owner's page shows how whoever decides can be reached: by telephone or email, or by letter only. Once it is yours, add a letter campaign for £49: three rounds of letters posted in your name, ten days apart, to every address on record for whoever decides, with replies through Praetor that reach you at once; if all three rounds go unanswered, the reservation runs 30 more days at no charge. You can add it when you buy the pack, or reserve from your plan. An account holds at most three reservations at a time, and a reservation lapses if you log no approach in its first 7 days. It cannot stop anyone outside Praetor from contacting the owner, and an administrator or liquidator must still market a property to get the best price for creditors: it gives you a head start, not an exclusive right to buy.
- Can I bring a colleague, or another business?
- Add colleagues to your plan for £500 each for 12 months; they share your plan's monthly allowances. Recommend Praetor to another business with your referral link (on your billing page): when they start a plan, you receive three packs.
- Where does the information come from?
- Public records only: HM Land Registry’s ownership data, Companies House, the Gazette, the Valuation Office Agency’s rating list and, in Spain, the Boletín Oficial del Estado. Every fact shows its source. Praetor does not estimate values or guess contacts.
- Does Praetor contact owners for me?
- Praetor gives you the routes and a draft, and can post your letters for you. You decide what is sent, and it goes in your name.
- Is VAT included?
- The prices shown are the amounts charged. Your receipt shows any VAT included.
